January 24th 2026: Irricana Public Speaking Day
Public speaking day went great thanks to our incredibly talented public speaking committee!
For those of you who don’t know, public speaking in 4-H is a requirement to finish your year. It teaches 4-H’ers research skills and gives them the ability to articulate their information or opinion on a variety of topics ranging from trucks and balloon animals to feed sampling and anime.

4h public speaking gives our youth the ability to present and articulate any information or point which continues to be an amazing skill to have no matter what the future holds for our members. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible!

March 21st 2026: Regional Public Speaking
The Public Speaking season wrapped up in Olds on March 21st and we could not be happier with how our members finshed!
Haily T. was awards 1st place in Junior Presentations and Miriam W. placed 2nd in Intermediate Speeches after completing a tie breaker for the second time this year!
